Exhibition 100 Objects from Finland now open in Helsinki Design Museum and online

“What objects describe best the story of Finland and Finnish identity during the country’s 100 years of independence? One object from each year of independence was chosen for this exhibition. The stories of the items describe Finnish identity with every day, industrial, innovative and humorous examples.”

100 Objects from Finland is both physical and virtual exhibition exploring Finnish history and identity. The physical exhibition is now open in Helsinki Design Museum and later in summer it will travel to other cities, including Tallinn, Oslo, Madrid and Riga. See more information here.

The exhibition is also available online and in 13 different languages, including Arabic.

The exhibition is managed by the Finnish Institute in Estonia. FIME has taken part in the project by organizing the Arabic translation.
